How to Order Digital Downloads or Prints
Go to your gallery link and click the “View Gallery” button to get started.
Find the photo you would like to order and click the shopping cart icon, this will also be listed as “Buy Photo” in the top right if opened in full screen on a PC.
Here you will see options to buy prints, wall art, digital, or packages across the top bar. Have a look through these options and click on the product you would like to order.
From this menu you can select the size of the product you would like to order; there may also be other options to choose from such as paper type. Clicking on the different options will show you a preview of any applicable crop along with the relevant price.
. Once you’re happy with your selection, click the “Buy Prints” or “Add to Cart” button (this will vary depending on product type). This will allow you to adjust the crop (if the selected size is cutting off some of the image) and choose the quantites that you would like to order. Click the “Add to Cart” button once you have finalised your selection.
At this stage you can hit the small “x” in the top right, or hit the escape key on PC to continue browsing, or you can click “View Cart” to see your current basket.
Review your basket to make sure you are happy with the products, images, and quantities. Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
Enter your billing and shipping information. Once completed, you will receive an automated order confirmation!

Adding photos to your favourites list (the heart icon) is another way to order photos later on. So rather than adding them to basket, you can create a list of your favourites that are specific to your email accout. This way, you can log back in at any time to order photos from your favourites list, rather than having to search the entire gallery again. This is particularly helpful if you want to order multiple photos or a photo package.

10 x 8” is a very popular print size that suits most homes without taking up too much space, and frames are widely available. 18 x 12” is a great choice for drawing more attention; as a large print, it can be seen in great detail by any guests. 6 x 4” is a small format for keepsakes or gifts to family but also work well in multi photo frames. I offer a range that covers most standard print sizes in various ratios, which is anything from 3.25 x 3.25” up to 36 x 24”. However if you need a specific size for a frame you have in mind, please contact me so I can try to accomodate this.

My print defaults are set to Lustre paper (or photo rag, for fine art), which is the paper type I recommend for all my prints. This professional-grade paper is half-way between matte and gloss, it renders colours exceptionally well, and doesn’t have a shiny surface. Gloss is also availble if you prefer the shiny finish. You won’t find this paper stock on cheap printing sites; it is usually only available to professional photographers.

I have no control over delivery charges from the print store unfortunately, it is calculated by the print lab automatically on checkout. Sometimes I offer free delivery on orders over a certain amount (as a promotion) but technically this is me paying the lab’s delivery charge, rather than passing it onto you. Digital downloads are of course free delivery, because there is nothing to physically post; they are delivered directly to your email.
Tip: The delivery fee does not change whether you order one or one-hundred prints, so it’s more cost-efficient to order your prints in bulk!

Please allow up to 24 hours for me to review your order and just check it is ok before processing. Downloads are sent immediately to your email. Standard prints are 3-5 business days but large format or speciality prints may take longer. You can also pay extra for express delivery if you forgot someones’ birthday and need them faster! This may take longer at peak times and bank holidays.

My prints are guaranteed to last a minimum of 100 years in real-world conditions! I have partnered with one of the best print labs in the UK, which provides the highest quality prints on the highest quality paper. Even the basic prints are printed on lustre paper or high-end gloss! The ciclee fine art prints take this one step further and are printed on gallery-quality paper which lasts for generations. Cheap prints from other suppliers don’t last, are typically over-saturated, fade easily, and are not true to colour.

For some events, I include both full colour and black and white options so you can select either from the gallery. If the black and white version of the photo is not included, please drop me an email with the photo you want a black and white version of: Simply go to the gallery, click the photo and hit “share”. You can send this as a direct link to me. You can also add it to your favourites list so I can find it in your account.

So this will change depending on the event but usually I offer a low resolution option and a high resolution option. Sometimes the low resolution option is paid for by the event organiser so this is offered for free but usually it is a priced option. The high resolution format is the uncompressed image that you can print at any size, it also comes with a print license allowing you to print it forever, for personal use. The low resolution option is the cheaper alternative if you are just looking to use the image online, this option is not high enough quality to print and does not come with a license to do so.

It would be my pleasure. Please drop me an email to arrange a time to meet up around the Harwich area so I can show you these in person.
